Track Practice on April 15

Today's practice was nothing more than playing "rabbit"[[for the sprinters]]. We chased each other all practice on the 150m. 9 of them! That iish was tiring! Then after that we ran four 100m with a 5 yrd boost. I wanted to die...especially after chasing Bryan. His nickname ain't "Rocket" for no reason!!!

In the cut, bout to do my 100m && smash!! OoOo, && thats Everett trying to be a hurdler.

Chasing effing Rocket....I was supposed to close the gap...RITE!

Desire running a 150m with Jerret close behind.

Jerrell running like his life depends on it.

Marquis on a mission....not to let Gregg'ums catch him.

The long distance runners doing there 300m...Raheem && Damon.
