Track meet @ Locke - April 4

This track meet was at Locke against View Park Prep, Fredrick Douglas, Jefferson, && Marlton. It was soo cold out there that it was crazy! && on top of the fact that it was soo cold, we were extra bored && their track && field was bad[[not as bad as Manuel's though]]. The only cool thing about Locke was that it was our first away. We were out there smashing because they were no competition for us!

Track Practice - April 07

Today's practice was hard as flip!! We had to run three 3oom in an allotted time limit. For girls, you had to finish in 45.34 secondsor less. For boys, you had to finish in 37.45 seconds or less. Catch was that if you didn't finish your 300m in your allotted time, it didn't count! So you could have ran 8 of them bad boys in 39 sec each time, they wouldn't count for your 3. Some BS huh?!?! Anyways, we ran && ran && ran till we were throwing up && passing out all over the field. We was determined though.

Track meet @ Crenshaw - April 10

Today's track meet turned out to be a "dual meet" so instead of just running against View Park, Marlton, && Locke, we also ran against Dorsey, Manuel Arts, Fredrick Douglas, Foshay, && Middle College producing a big crowd! The track meet didn't end until around 6:30 -iish! There were plenty of accidents out there. Our trainer had his hands FULL!

Track Practice on April 15

Today's practice was nothing more than playing "rabbit"[[for the sprinters]]. We chased each other all practice on the 150m. 9 of them! That iish was tiring! Then after that we ran four 100m with a 5 yrd boost. I wanted to die...especially after chasing Bryan. His nickname ain't "Rocket" for no reason!!!

In the cut, bout to do my 100m && smash!! OoOo, && thats Everett trying to be a hurdler.

Track meet @ Manuel Arts - April 18

The track meet at Manuel Arts was okay. We ran against Manual[[obviously]], Marlton, View Park, && Fremont. It could of been better...like if they would've had an oval track like NORMAL tracks!! There curves had straight aways. It felt as if you was running in slow-mo because of their dirt square track[[if couldn't get any worse]]. Everyone was slipping and sliding all over the place. We also had a couple of falls[[insyder]]. We should just have meets at Crenshaw...sheesh!
